My sister in law (Kate), my mother and I threw a baby shower for my brothers (Daniel) wife yesterday. It was soooo cute!! I was most proud of the diaper cake we made, it was adorable. The food was great, the company was awesome, and the conversation was hilarious. We had a great time! She is due in June with their first baby and it is a girl. They are going to name her Mikaela. After the shower we went outside with the family and rode Russell Pearce's golf cart. Those things are so fun to drive! I was so excited to see my cousins (Jackie and Katie) who I had not seen for about 3 years. It was such a great night. I was able to see so many people who I had missed from my moms ward. I love a good girl's night out! Here are some pictures of the event. :)

Madison Elementary celebrated their 20th birthday party and Jonahs class sang a song. It was so cute! He did a great job and actually new all the words, it was so fun to watch him. :) I love how excited they get and how they just think that they are the whole focus of the night. To me he was! I love my kids and I love how I never miss a thing in their lives. I love getting to go and support them in their activities, etc. As I watched him tonight I had this overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my children and it was AWESOME!

Well, we celebrated my Birthday and Easter together! It was fun to have my birthday fall on Easter this year. Easter dinner was delicious and it was great having everyone together. I got phone calls, emails,texts and cards from all my loved ones. Thank you so much for all your Birthday wishes!! Easter Sunday was very memorable. My girls had the cutest Easter dresses!!! I had to show them off. :) I posted some pics. I hope everyone enjoyed their Easter and I felt so grateful to share such a special day. :) Happy Easter and Happy Spring.

Mesa Arizona Temple

We have missed the convienence of having a temple so close to us. We took the children to the temple grounds just so we could enjoy the beauty and peace that it ALWAYS brings. It is always breathtaking to see how beautiful everything is. We ran into a couple of friends that we knew before we moved and it was nice to catch up. The Easter pageant is going on right now and I plan on attending that soon. :) Anyways, this post is mostly for our friends out of state who have never seen the AZ Temple BUT even if you live here you just can't get enough! :) Hope your all enjoying Spring.
